Previously, he spent one year as a vice president and portfolio manager with Transamerica Investment Services and 18 years a portfolio manager and analyst with Firemans Fund Insurance.
He also spent one year as a credit analyst with Empire Trust Company and one year with Kidder Peabody as a registered representative.
Mr. McClanahan graduated from the University of Kansas in 1958 and earned his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 1966.
