Pierre-François Desvignes

Mr. Pierre-François Desvignes is an Associate at Fiera Axium Infrastructure, Inc. Mr. Desvignes began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Montreal where he advised public entities on the procurement of large PPP transactions in Québec.
In 2008, he joined Ernst &Young in London (U.K.) and participated in a number of social and energy infrastructure transactions in Europe and in the Middle East.
He was involved in a range of infrastructure advisory mandates including procurement strategy, portfolio assessment, M&A transactions and strategic consulting.
In 2010, he returned to Montréal where he was responsible for building complex financial models for infrastructure projects on behalf of public and private clients.
He has over 7 years of experience in project finance and infrastructure advisory.
Mr. Desvignes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC Montréal where he specialized in corporate finance.
