Tom has held a number of critical leadership roles during his 15 year career with the company, including President of Ferrara.
As Chief Integration Officer, Tom assists with planning, design and execution of projects to achieve the underlying financial model developed to support the integration of the Ferrara and Nestlé U.S.
Confections businesses.
Earlier in his career, Tom led the successful acquisition of Farley’s and Sathers and its merger with Ferrara Pan, which became Ferrara Candy Co. Prior to the merger, Tom was COO of Ferrara Pan, growing the company’s sales from $100 million to more than $300 million annually.
