Quincie Rivers

Quincie Rivers has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry – more than 20 of which have been spent in strategic sales, operations, and leadership roles with the Adecco Group.
In January 2021, Quincie joined TAD PGS, the Adecco Group’s government subsidiary, as VP, Strategic Initiatives.
Her focus is on strategic projects including workforce management, process improvements, technology analyses, and driving key strategic initiatives achieving best functional and technical improvements for TAD.
Before joining TAD, Quincie led the U.S.
Workforce Strategies in her role as Vice President, Workforce Strategies & Employment Solutions for the Adecco Group.
Her responsibilities centered around work-based learning for associates and colleagues.
Quincie concentrated on; influencing, creating, and implementing workforce strategies in partnership with business leaders, state and federal government, non-profits, and a variety of educational institutions.
The objective was to create an eco-system that leads to better and sustainable workforce solutions for now and the future.
She also led and developed key educational pathways for upskilling and reskilling the U.S.
workforce by providing work-based career pathways.
Quincie recently became Senior Advisor to New Markets Venture Partners.
Previous roles include serving on ETS’s Skills for a New Economy Advisory Board and the Apprenticeship Powered by Industry (API) Working Group under Maher & Maher.
Quincie has extensive experience providing workforce solutions to expand apprenticeships nationwide.
Quincie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia and is currently based out of Washington, DC.
