Richard Cobbs

Prior to joining American Capital in July 2005, Mr. Cobbs was an Associate at Wachovia Capital Partners, the private equity investment arm of Wachovia Corporation.
Mr. Cobbs began his career at Harris Williams & Company, where he focused on M&A advisory engagements for clients in the industrial and business services sectors.
Mr. Cobbs received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
He received a BS in Management and Accounting from Washington & Lee University.
