Rick E. Hearn

Mr. Richard E.
Hearn is Director-Leasing at Vestar Development Co. Prior to joining Vestar in 1994, Mr. Hearn worked in DAUM's Retail Division, Phoenix-AZ.
He is active in the industry, a member of ICSC and a 14-year volunteer executive.
He has served as the past State Director for the AZ/NV/NM region, past P.A.C.
State (AZ) Chairman, past Western Division Conference Chairman, and was the recipient of ICSC's prestigious Trustees Distinguished Service Award in 2010.
Additionally, in 2005, he joined the board of Valley Partnership.
He is supporting many local charities and organizations, including serving on the Board of Fighter Country Partnership, supporting the service personnel, families and military mission of Luke Air Force Base, Glendale-AZ.
Mr. Hearn has a bachelor's degree in Business Management (Honors), with an emphasis in Human and Fiscal Resources, from the University of Phoenix, Phoenix, complimenting his prior collegiate experiences at Arizona State University, College of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate with an emphasis in Finance.
