Rick Smith

Mr. Smith serves as a consultant, an educator, and as an angel investor.
He has over 22 years of leadership in the areas of organizational consulting, human resources, and global business services.
As a consultant, he has largely focused on the human capital marketplace.
In his current association with Right Management, he serves as a global consulting leader as they expand their Human Capital consulting business.
He spent 15 years with Accenture were he served as Managing Partner of the Human Performance Consulting practice in the industrial sector where he started and grew the business unit to over $250 million.
As an educator, he is an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University where he teaches in the Executive MBA program.
His courses include Global Strategic Alliances, Change Leadership, and Global Sourcing.
Rick has undergraduate degrees from Purdue University and completed his graduate study at Pennsylvania State University.
As an angel investor, he works with a variety of start-up businesses and ventures in Philadelphia and in Asia.
He has been instrumental with new businesses in cellular telecommunications, real estate, wireless communication, HR applications, management development, and learning.
