Mr. Raziano joined Stonebridge as an Operating Partner in 1996.
Prior to joining the firm, he was the Chief Administrative Officer of Credit Suisse First Boston, Chief Financial Officer of its North American broker-dealer, and a member of its Global Operating Committee.
He managed the Global Finance, Administration, Operation and Technology functions of the firm.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Administrative Officer of Shearson Lehman Brothers and a member of its Executive Committee, where he played a lead role in the firm’s restructuring.
Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Partner of Coopers and Lybrand, where he started and ran the turnaround operations improvement practice, and a Partner of Booz, Allen and Hamilton.
He provided turnaround consulting services to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on a number of portfolio companies, including Lily Tulip, Granite Corporation, and Wilson Safety Products.
