He was a Legislative Counsel at the National Telecommunications & Information Administration from 1978 to 1979 and a Trustee at The Wang Center For The Performing Arts, Inc.Dr. Sachs completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester in 1970.
He obtained a graduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York in 1974.
He also holds a doctorate degree from Georgetown University, which he received in 1978.
