Rod Trujillo

Mr. Rod Trujillo is President & Chief Executive Officer at Krt Enterprises, Inc., and Executive Advisor at Century Park Capital Partners, Inc. He has several years of management, sales and operating experience and partners with CPC to provide valuable industry knowledge on rubber and plastic manufacturing transactions.
In 1999, he acquired his first manufacturing company, Wagner Rubber Products, and successfully completed the acquisition and integration of five add-on transactions over ten years, including the opening of a state-of-the-art off shore manufacturing arm located in Chengdu, China in 2003.
Since 2004, his liquid injection molding company, International Rubber Products, has been listed twice on the Inc. 5,000’s list as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States and was listed by the Los Angeles Journal as one of the top 100 fastest growing private companies in Los Angeles, California.
Prior to acquiring his first company, Mr. Trujillo was the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of a leading precision rubber roller company located in Ontario, California in which he recently acquired a majority stake.
During his seven year tenure at this company, he was responsible for overseeing sales and marketing as well as streamlining operations and production, growing the company’s revenues by 600%.
Mr. Trujillo serves on the Board of Trustees of the non-profit organization The Pegasus School where he is the Chair of the Finance Committee.
Additionally, he has been an active member of the Orange County chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization since 2007 and was an active member of the Orange County chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization for nearly 10 years.
