Subsequently he joined CACI International as President and COO where he grew revenue from $321 million to $500 million in two and one half years and participated in several acquisitions.
Mr. Ross graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Management Sciences.
He serves on the Board of Directors of The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International he is a past member of the Board of Governors for the USO Worldwide Organization and a participating member of the Board of Directors for The National Science Center.
He is active in many other Federal Government associations.
