Ronald Weibye

Mr. Ronald Weibye is Managing Member at Treesdale Partners LLC.
He joined Treesdale in June of 2008 as Head of Structured Credit.
In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing all the investment activities of the Recovery Fund, as well as risk management and strategy.
Mr. Weibye has several years of experience working for Wall Street firms, all of it in the MBS and ABS markets.
He joined Merrill Lynch in 1985 as an Analyst in the Mortgage Backed Securities Research group, where he gained experience in prepayment analysis, loan analysis, asset liability modeling and CMO structuring.
He was promoted to Vice President and moved to the trading desk in 1989 to run the Mortgage Risk Management Group, where he reported directly to the head of mortgage trading.
In 1991 he began trading Adjustable Rate Mortgage non-agency securities and whole loans.
In 1993, he was promoted to Director and added Agency ARMs to his responsibilities.
In 1996, Mr. Weibye was recruited by Greenwich Capital Markets to become a Managing Director and head of ARMs trading.
In this capacity he was responsible for all ARM and Whole Loan trading at the firm.
At the end of 1998, he also became responsible for ABS trading at Greenwich Capital.
In this capacity, he worked very closely with bankers and salespeople in structuring and distributing all types of ABS, including Autos, Home Equity, and Credit Card securities.
Mr. Weibye holds an A.B.
degree in Economics and an M.B.A.
in Finance and Econometrics from the University of Chicago.
