Ryan Kovac

Most recently Mr. Kovac worked for Claymore Capital Management.
Prior to Claymore, Mr. Kovac joined Covington in October 2002.
Prior to joining Covington, Mr. Kovac graduated from the MBA program at the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
Mr. Kovac had previously spent three years in the venture capital industry with Ventures West Management Inc. and Working Ventures Canadian Fund Inc. At Ventures West, Mr. Kovac’s responsibility included evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring existing investments as a member of the telecommunications and information technology team, in addition to marketing in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
At Working Ventures, Mr. Kovac gained experience in executing transactions in both public and private companies in addition to monitoring and advising portfolio companies.
Mr. Kovac also has a degree in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Outside of work, Mr. Kovac enjoys participating in various sporting activities, fitness, and travel.
