Ryan is a Principal on the People & Networks team and partners with our portfolio companies to identify key hires with a focus on technology, data, and product.
Ryan has over six years of experience in the New York tech scene recruiting across a variety of industries including FinTech, HealthTech, and AdTech, among others.
Starting his recruitment career directly after graduating from West Virginia University, Ryan built recruitment teams from scratch and has expertise in every level of the full recruitment life cycle.
Ryan has a passion for providing a top-tier candidate and employer experience—placements have to be a great fit for both sides.
Ryan resides in Manhattan and outside of work can be found exercising, attending concerts at one of NYC’s amazing venues, or traveling any chance he gets.
