Mr. Scott C.
Sollers is a Managing Director at Stone & Youngberg LLC.

Prior to joining Stone & Youngberg in 1981, Mr. Sollers was a Lieutenant with the Corps of Engineers from 1972-1975.
He also has been actively involved in structuring California municipal financing programs since 1976 and has directed over $15 billion in public offerings including lease revenue, general and limited obligation, tax allocation, mortgage revenue, and Mello-Roos bond issues.
In addition, he served as a Member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) from 1996 to 1999 and served as its Chairman in 1999.

from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.F.A.
from the University of Pennsylvania.
