Collins Stewart Europe Ltd. (Investment Management) (CSE-IM) is the investment management division of Collins Stewart Europe Ltd., the wholly-owned wealth management subsidiary of Collins Stewart plc (LSE: CLST), a leading independent stockbroker in Great Britain. CSE was established in 1991 in partnership with Singer & Friedlander and became independent in 2000 through a management buyout. Following the 2005 acquisition of Prebon, the inter-dealer broker activity developed and was demerged in 2006 as Tullett Prebon plc (LSE: TLPR). CSE, regrouping the brokerage and asset management activities, underwent a reverse acquisition by Collins Stewart plc.
