Preston, CFA, is a Director of Research at Glassman Wealth Services LLC.
He works with the firm and the firm's Investment Policy Committee to provide research and due diligence for the firm's investment strategies.
As an inquisitive researcher and incisive financial professional, Mr. Preston brings his extensive knowledge in all types of investments including equity, fixed income, derivative and alternative assets to select investments and optimize the firm's client portfolios.
He also leads the trading and rebalancing in the firm's client accounts, as well as continually monitoring the performance of the firm's investment strategies.
He is responsible for staying current on market conditions and disseminating this information in his Daily Investment Report throughout the firm.
His expertise is also applied to create investment models for the firm's clients’ unique 401(k) plans.
Prior to joining GWS, Mr. Preston was the Director of Operations, Cashiering and Mutual Funds for FolioFN where he managed a mutual fund platform in excess of $150 million.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of North Florida.
