Shashwika Ravishankar

Shashwika (Shash) Ravishankar is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office and a member of the Private Equity Practice in Asia Pacific and the global Technology sector.
She works closely with global buyout and venture capital firms to strengthen their investment teams and portfolio company leadership.
A significant part of Shash’s PE experience relates to building out new investment platforms and strategies across infrastructure, real estate, TMT, and impact.
She also works closely with PE operating teams on CEO and CFO hiring with a focus on technology, education, and industrial services.
As a member of the global Technology sector, Shash helps clients build capabilities in new technologies such as AI, data science, advanced analytics, and digital and has a strong focus on Edtech and Fintech.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Shash spent 6 years with another leading global executive search firm, where she started her career.
University of Chicago, BA, with Honors, in English Literature
