Mr. Simon Blakeney is Head of Trading at Noah Financial Innovation.
Before joining Noah, he worked at Merrill Lynch where he covered a number of local long onlys, hedge funds and looked after the majority of the offshore client base.
Prior to joining Merrill's, he was Head of Sales Trading at RMB Morgan Stanley and played an integral part in setting up the local joint venture in South Africa.
Mr. Blakeney holds a B Comm (Accounts and Economics) from PMB University and completed his honours in Investment Management at RAU.
He is a Chartered ACIS (Associate of Chartered Secretaries) holder, a JSE Registered Securities Trader and holds a SAIFM Equities Market Certificate.
