Helmet Capital Oy Ab (Helmet Capital) is a private equity firm founded in 1994 by Seppo Ahonen, Reijo Kaukonen, Heikki Koivisto and Kalevi Puonti. The firm is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

Alandsbanken Asset Management Oy (ABAM) is the asset management majority-owned subsidiary of Bank of Åland Plc (HE: ALBBV) in Finland (known locally as Ålandsbanken Abp). The group is named after the Åland archipelago in the Baltic Sea, where the parent bank is located. ABAM was established in 2000 and is located in Helsinki. The firm provides discretionary account management and investment advisory services to institutions and high-net worth private individuals. ABAM is also the mutual fund specialist for the group, managing a range of funds administered by fellow subsidiary Ålandsbanken Fondbolag Ab. They also distribute funds for third parties. The firm cooperates with fellow asset management subsidiary Ålandsbanken Kapitalmarknadstjänster Ab. In 2009 Ålandsbanken Abp acquired Kaupthing Bank Sverige.
