Steve Conn

Mr. Stephen M.
Conn is a Head of Research at Progressive Equity Research Ltd.
He joined Progressive in October 2021.
He has around 25 years of equity research experience in supervisory and managerial roles.
After a career in journalism, he started in research at Salomon Brothers in 1997, leading the European supervisory & publications team through the Global Analyst Research Settlement in 2003 and the firm’s transitions to Smith Barney and Citigroup before moving into research management and serving as Citi’s Deputy Head of EMEA Research.
He then spent over 10 years at Jefferies, building the supervisory function and establishing research review standards as Global Head of Supervisory Analysts.
