SKY Harbor exclusively focused on the management of portfolios and funds of high yield bonds and leveraged loans for global institutional investors and private wealth advisors. The firm was founded in 2001 and is a subsidiary of AXA Investment Managers US Holdings, Inc., ultimately held by AXA SA (EPA: CS, ADR: AXAHY) in France. AXA IM-US provides investment advisory services to institutions (such as public pension plans, trusts and foreign corporations), CLOs, domestic private investment funds and US investment companies.
