The British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) was founded in 1983 and is based in London, UK. The BVCA is the voice of private capital in the UK and supports its members to help companies grow and achieve their long-term ambitions, creating value for the country both economically and socially. The BVCA provides information on private equity and venture capital, institutional investors, ESG and responsible investment, diversity and inclusion, and policy. The BVCA also conducts research, publishes reports, and hosts events. The BVCA's mission is to promote diversity and inclusion within the industry and support firms to build inclusive environments in which everyone can thrive.
