At Citigroup, Mr. O analyzed and worked on a broad range of transactions.
After leaving Citigroup in 2005, he joined HSBC Capital (USA) Inc., a private equity firm, as a Private Equity Associate.
In 2008, he joined Amphor Capital Management LLC, an investment firm focused on alternative investments, as a Research Analyst.
At Amphor, he focused on deep value, event-driven public equity investments.
After leaving Amphor in 2010, he became a Research Analyst on a four-person team at Presidia Capital LLC.
At Presidia, he focused on Asian investment opportunities in the real estate, retail/consumer, gaming and hospital sectors.
Prior to that, he worked for Evermore Global Advisors, LLC starting as a Research Analyst in 2012.
Over his years at Evermore, he was promoted to Assistant Portfolio Manager and Co-Portfolio Manager
Mr. O received his Bachelor of Science in both Finance and Accounting from the New York University Leonard N.
Stern School of Business in 2004.
