Wolfram Lehr

Wolfram Lehr joined Tishman Speyer in 2012 and is currently responsible for development and redevelopment activities across various projects in Berlin, Frankfurt, and Hamburg.
In this role, he works alongside the firm’s local teams on projects’ pro forma and business plans, coordinating design and construction, leasing and marketing, and relationships with stakeholders.
Wolfram is also responsible for pursuing new opportunities in the Dutch market.
He previously worked on the development, pro forma, marketing and leasing of OMNITURM and TanusTurm, two of the firm’s mixed-use high-rise projects in Frankfurt.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Wolfram worked for Argoneo Real Estate, a former subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on an office redevelopment project in the Frankfurt central business district.
Wolfram holds a master’s degree in business administration and civil engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
