Xiao Lang Yan

Xiao Lang Yan is currently serving as the Vice Chairman at the China Semiconductor Industry Association, Vice Chairman at the Zhejiang Science & Technology Association, Chairman at the Zhejiang Electronics Association, Director-Electronic Engineering Institute at Zhejiang University, and Director at the Zhejiang Large Scale Integrated Circuit Design Lab.
Previously, he held the position of Non-Executive Director at O2Micro International Ltd.
from 2005 to 2011, Independent Director at 8Telecom International Holdings Co., Ltd.
from 2004 to 2014, and Professor at Hangzhou Dianzi University from 1994 to 1999.
He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Zhejiang University.
