E-Band Media, Inc. was incorporated on April 29, 2010 under the laws of the State of Delaware. E-Band Media, Inc. was organized to establish a medical advice website. They originally planned to utilize nurses in the Philippines to provide answers to medical questions posed by the sites users. It subsequently determined that other, better capitalized companies had established a foothold in this market and that they would not be able to compete with them. The company therefore determined to seek a merger or acquisition with an operating business seeking the benefits of being a reporting issuer.

Annec Green Refractories Corp. is a refractory and production-based company. It designs, develops, produces, and markets refractory products, which includes bricks of various size, shape, and construction material, and from services related to the design, engineering and build out of stoves. The company operates in two segments: Zhengzhou Annec and Beijing Annec. The Zhengzhou Annec segment manufactures and sells a variety of refractory bricks and kits of pre-assembled hot-air ovens. The Beijing Annec segment designs and builds blast furnaces and hot-air stoves on a contract basis and uses subcontractors throughout the construction process. This segment also sells a variety of machines and equipment which are required as part of the entire blast furnace and hot-air stove package. Annec Green Refractories was founded on April 28, 2010 and is headquartered in Xinmi, China.
