Yi Ping Chan

Yi Ping Chan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Avidian Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, he worked as the Managing Director-Merger & Acquisition at L&L Energy, Inc. and as the Chief Executive & Operating Officer at The Singing Machine Co., Inc. from 2003 to 2006.
Mr. Chan holds an MBA from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York, which he received in 1994.
He also holds a graduate degree from The Trustees of Columbia University in The City of New York, which he received in 1990, and an undergraduate degree from Polytechnic University, which he received in 1987.
