Before joining Fidelity, Yu spent 5 years in the telecommunications industry at Huawei Technologies in Shenzhen, China.
At Huawei, she gained extensive knowledge and experience while in various management positions including product marketing, project management and business development.
More recently, Yu was the Director of Sales and Marketing in a telecommunications start-up.
Yu received her MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business, her Masters degree in engineering from Tsinghua University, and her Bachelors degree in engineering from Zhejiang University.
