26/04	La svedese Hexagon supera le previsioni di profitto del primo trimestre	RE

Hexagon AB è specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e commercializzazione di attrezzature e sistemi informativi per applicazioni geospaziali e industriali. Le vendite nette sono suddivise per famiglia di prodotti come segue:
- sistemi di metrologia (51%): apparecchiature di misura fisse e portatili, macchine di misura a coordinate, plotter e scanner laser, ecc. Il gruppo offre anche software di progettazione, produzione e ingegneria assistita da computer. Le vendite nette si suddividono per mercato soprattutto in elettronica e industria manifatturiera (32,6%), energia (23,8%), industria automobilistica (17,6%), aeronautica e difesa (10%);
- soluzioni geospaziali (49%): sensori, scanner laser, sistemi GPS, veicoli aerei motorizzati, sistemi di mappatura mobile, sistemi di geolocalizzazione satellitare, ecc. I prodotti sono destinati soprattutto ai settori dell'ispezione (37,9% del fatturato), dell'edilizia e delle infrastrutture (25,9%), delle risorse naturali (15,8%), della difesa (7,3%) e della sicurezza pubblica (6,8%).
Le vendite nette sono distribuite geograficamente come segue: Europa/Medio Oriente/Africa (34,2%), Americhe (38,6%) e Asia (27,2%).
