Milano, 30 marzo 2022 - Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. - a parziale variazione di quanto già indicato nel Calendario degli Eventi Societari 2022 comunicato in data 20 gennaio 2022 - informa che la riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 31 marzo 2022, si terrà il giorno 11 maggio 2022 anziché il giorno 27 aprile 2022, per motivi di natura organizzativa.

Si conferma che a seguito della suddetta riunione del Consiglio di Amministrazione si terrà la conference call (audioconferenza e webcast) con la comunità finanziaria, la cui data e orario saranno comunicati non appena stabiliti.

UPDATE OF CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2022
Milan, 30 March 2022 - Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. - partially amending the 2022 Events Calendar already communicated to the public on 20 January 2022 - announces that the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Financial Report as at 31 March 2022 will be held on 11 May 2022, instead of 27 April 2022, due to organizational reasons.
The date and time of the conference call and webcast with the financial community, following the Board of Directors, will be communicated in due course.
