TUI AG è un gruppo turistico integrato globale con sede in Germania. Opera attraverso i segmenti: Hotel & Resort, Crociere e TUI Musement, tre regioni: Nord, Centro e Ovest, e tutti gli altri segmenti. Il segmento Hotel & Resorts comprende tutti i marchi alberghieri e le compagnie alberghiere di proprietà del Gruppo. Il segmento Crociere comprende la joint venture TUI Cruises, che gestisce navi da crociera con i marchi Mein Schiff e Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, e Marella Cruises. Il segmento TUI Musement offre servizi locali nelle sue destinazioni turistiche. Il segmento Regione Nord comprende le attività di tour operator e le compagnie aeree del Gruppo nel Regno Unito, in Irlanda e nei Paesi nordici. Il segmento Regione Centrale comprende i tour operator e le compagnie aeree in Germania e le attività di tour operator in Austria, Polonia e Svizzera. Il segmento Regione Ovest comprende i tour operator e le compagnie aeree in Belgio, Paesi Bassi e Francia. Il segmento 'Tutti gli altri segmenti' si occupa di tutte le altre operazioni.
