She began her career at Oracle Corp.
Ms. Spruill has over 12 years of experience in the information technology industry.
She attended Boston University and George Mason University.

Dr. Spruill joined Arnerich Massena in July of 2005.
Previously, he served for ten years as the executive director of Stoel Rives LLP, a multiservice business law firm with operations throughout the Western United States.
Most recently, he was vice president and general manager of Dentists Management Corporation, one of The ODS Companies.
His experience in the field of higher education spans more than 24 years, including a teaching position at the University of Kentucky and serving as the dean of the Business School at the University of Mississippi, before moving to Oregon in 1985 where he served as dean of the Business School and vice president of university relations at Oregon State University.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from North Carolina State University, an MBA from Emory University, and a Ph.D.
in Business from the University of Michigan.
