Adam Waldo

Prior to joining Silver Oak, Mr. Waldo was a Senior Vice President and Senior U.S.
Business & Professional Services Equity Research Analyst at Lehman Brothers, a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and a Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 1996 to 2004.
During that time, he was the lead analyst covering stocks of 25-30 North American Business & Professional Services companies as part of each firm's Global Services groups in equity research.
Mr. Waldo was named to the Institutional Investor All-American Equity Research team in the Business & Professional Services category each year during 1998-2003.
At the time of his departure from sell-side research in August 2004, he was the only analyst to have been ranked every year since the inception of the category.
Mr. Waldo also frequently ranked highly in the Business Services category in the Greenwich Associates and Wall Street Journal “Best on the Street” annual surveys.
Prior to his sell-side equity research career, Mr. Waldo was a consultant in the consumer marketing and customer retention practice groups at Bain & Company, and held a number of positions in finance, operations, and strategic planning at the Frito-Lay Division of PepsiCo. Mr. Waldo received an M.B.A.
from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a B.A.
degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
