Seif is a Head of Asset Management at EFG-Hermes Asset Management SAE and a Portfolio Manager responsible for several long-only mandates, which include financial institutions, insurance firms, government pension funds and sovereign funds.
He is also a member of the Investment Committee and a member of the Egyptian Investment Management Association (EIMA).
He has over 15 years of experience in investment management.
Previously, Mr. Seif was employed as a Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director by Finance Unlimited Co., a Fund Manager by Investec Asset Management Ltd., and a Portfolio Manager by JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd.
He also worked for HC Securities and Investment as a Managing Director overseeing the Investment and Sales Team, where he structured investment strategies for several long-only mutual funds and government agencies.
He was also active in expanding the firm's client base.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Cairo University.
