Barbara Flight

Barbara Flight has over 30 years experience working with companies in the business and information services sectors in structuring financing solutions for M&A transactions.
Barb has extensive experience in managing teams that originate, structure and implement complex financings.
Her experience includes launching and growing lending specialties at State Street Bank Trust, Brown Brothers Harriman and most recently at Webster Bank where she was Managing Director and Head of Business and Information Services vertical within the $4 billion Sponsor Finance Group.
Barbara holds a B.A. from Princeton University, where she received the Otto Von Kienbush award recognizing the top woman’s student-athlete, and also has an M.B.A. from Boston University.
