Williams, CPA, is a Principal at Avalon Advisors LLC.

and represented various corporate clients and financial institutions in a broad range of transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings.
From 1999 to 2000, he worked as a Senior Associate for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services or Mergers & Acquisitions group where he performed extensive financial due diligence on acquisitions in various industries totaling over $500 million in transaction value.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Beta Upsilon Chi and is a Deacon at Houston's First Baptist Church.
Mr. Williams attended Texas A&M University where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A.
in Accounting in 1995.
From 1995 to 1996, he worked as an audit associate for Coopers & Lybrand.
He entered Baylor Law School in the fall of 1996 and graduated as a Juris Doctor in 1999.
