He founded MarkWest Hydrocarbon in 1987.
He has 30 years of experience in the energy industry.
Mr. O'Neill received a BS degree in Advertising and Psychology from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in International Marketing and Finance in 1974 from Thunderbird.
