Prior to UdefineU, he was the COO and Executive Vice President in charge of operations for eDiets.com, Inc. Prior to joining eDiets, he was the founder and CFO/COO of DietSmart, Inc. Prior to DietSmart, he worked at BT Capital Partners as part of the $250MM group responsible for private equity investments in the media, telecommunications, health care and financial industries in Latin America.
Prior to joining BT Capital Partners, Mr. Lopez-Oña worked as an analyst in the Latin America Corporate Finance Group at Chase Manhattan Corp.
where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and financial restructurings.
Mr. Lopez- Oña sits on the Board of Raze Media, Inc., Bonobo, PLC, EyeLock, Inc., SAS Manager Access Vehicle Ltd.

Mr. Lopez- Oña holds an M.B.A.
from New York University and a B.S.E.
in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
