Miller is Founder & Senior Managing Director at Oceana Partners LLC and a Director at Helios Coatings, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Helios Coatings, Inc. Prior to founding Oceana Partners in 2004, Mr. Miller has several years of investment banking, corporate advisory and operational experience.
He has acted as both a principal and advisor on numerous transactions involving debt and equity financing, acquisitions, and restructuring in the healthcare, technology, and consumer products sectors.
Before, he was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Director for Diagnostek, Inc., He is also a co-founder and director of Helios Coatings and worked for Ultima Health Products, Inc. He practiced corporate and securities law between 1980 and 1987 in New York City with Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Misher.
Mr. Miller received his law degree from Tulane University in 1980.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
