Phoenix Investments House’s activities are divided in to: Investment Management, which includes investment management and marketing services in the field of securities and financial instruments such as management of mutual funds and real estate investment trusts (REIT) management; Issuance of structured products, which includes issuance and trade of structured exchange traded bonds and issuance of non-traded structured products; Issuance of financial instruments, which includes issuance and trade of deposit certificates and issuance and trade of ETFs and deposits; Investment banking and underwriting; Stock Exchange and Trading Services, which includes stock exchange members and brokerage service, primarily to institutional investors, as well as Provident funds and pension funds.

Markstone Capital Group invests in both public and private companies located in Israel and the US. The firm seeks investment opportunities in companies operating in the fields of industrial, retail, defense, real estate, banking, media and traditional industry sectors. It provides financing for growth and buyout transactions. Markstone Capital Group is an active manager which focuses investments on growth equity and venture capital companies with significant market, commercial and operational opportunities. They seek investment opportunities in old economy companies in emerging markets, primarily in Israel and invest mainly in the industrial, retail, defense, real estate, banking and media sectors. The firm employs a value-based strategy to capitalize on the capital dislocation in Israel by backing strong management teams of established, market-leading companies. Markstone Capital Group specializes in growth capital, middle-market, late venture, PIPEs, mature and emerging growth investments. Investments typically range from USD10-25 million, but the firm may invest up to USD100 million.
