David Wayne Garrett

Garrett, CPA, is a Chief Executive Officer at Garrett Wealth Advisory Group LLC.
He oversees the firmwide vision and direction of the business.
He consults with the rest of the leadership team in formulating procedures, processes, and business development strategies.
He is also a founding and active partner of the firm.
Some of Mr. Garrett's past responsibilities include serving on the Weatherford City Council and Weatherford Utility Board along with serving as President of the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce and Weatherford Noon Lions Club.
He has served numerous years with the Parker County Economic Development Council and was a founding member of the Weatherford Education Foundation.
He is a graduate of Weatherford College & Texas Wesleyan University.
As a Certified Public Accountant and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ practitioner, he holds a Series 7 and Series 24 Securities licenses through LPL Financial along with a Texas life and health insurance license.
