Dimitri Kaczmarek

Mr. Kaczmarek has worked with OTR since 1997.
Prior to his current position, he worked in Hong Kong and managed BusinessWeek’s Executive Programs in Asia and research.
Before this position, he was director at a management consulting company in Hong Kong that serviced multinational companies operating in Asia.
Mr. Kaczmarek has a master’s degree in Asian Studies from the University of Hawaii with an emphasis on China’s economy and legal system, a graduate certificate in China Studies from Johns Hopkins-Nanjing University Center for Chinese & American Studies, a bachelor’s degree in international relations and Asian studies from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
He is fluent in Mandarin and accredited through the Taipei Language Institute.
