Donald Stewart

Donald Stewart VP, Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Stewart joined RITA in April 2001.
Prior to joining RITA, Stewart spent three years at ABAXIS, and served as its Vice President of Finance and Administration, CFO and Secretary.
While at ABAXIS, he led the organization to profitability.
Prior to joining ABAXIS, Stewart held the position of Vice President of Finance & Administration for Mimetix, Inc., where he was responsible for all phases of finance, accounting and operational planning for the company and raised their second round of venture capital.
He also spent 13 years at Sequus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he held the position of Controller and later Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.
He was responsible for raising over $250 million in venture capital, IPO, secondary offerings and private placements.
Stewart is a CPA, and holds a BS in Accounting from San Francisco State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
