Eliza Oshana McGrath

Eliza Oshana McGrath Principal, Investor Relations Eliza is a Principal and Head of Investor Relations.
Eliza leads all of Hastings’ fundraising efforts, investor relations, and general marketing activities.
Prior to joining Hastings Equity Partners in 2021, Eliza was a Senior Vice President at Audax Group.
Eliza has spent her career in the financial services industry, holding senior investor relations roles at Audax Group, Investcorp and Citi Private Equity.
At these firms, she was responsible for building and fostering relationships with investors across private equity and private debt platforms.
? Eliza began her career at Lehman Brothers in the financial analyst program and subsequently joined the firm’s Business Planning and Analysis team, working closely with the office of the CFO and Corporate Communications.
Eliza received a BA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami School of Business, Honors Program.
