Eric Robb

Eric Robb joined Hillcore in 2016.
As Senior Legal Counsel, Eric advises on M&A, structuring and governance, and a wide variety of corporate/commercial matters.
In addition to his transactional roles, Eric also offers legal guidance in respect of joint ventures and other Hillcore initiatives involving First Nations collaborations, energy/infrastructure and forestry.
Prior to joining the group, Eric practiced business law at a couple of leading Toronto law firms, predominantly in the areas of corporate/commercial, M&A, private equity, governance and securities law.
Most recently, Eric was senior corporate counsel for a leading Canadian quick service restaurant brand, where he acted as primary legal support for a number of business units and functions, and led or played key roles in several special projects and strategic initiatives.
Eric graduated with a B.Comm (Honours) from Queen’s University and an LLB/MBA from Dalhousie University.
Eric was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
