Highbridge Capital Management (UK) Ltd. (HCM) is the alternative investment management subsidiary of Highbridge Capital LLC, ultimately held by JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) in the US. The firm is headquartered in London and was founded in 1992. HCM manages a diversified investment platform comprising hedge funds, traditional investment management products and credit and equity investments with longer-term holding periods for prominent institutional investors, public and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices and high-net worth individuals.
