Mr. Smeltzer also has a strong academic background and entrepreneurial business experience, which are well suited to his role with Fullarton Capital.
He has a chemical engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
Prior to joining the team in 1997, Mr. Smeltzer worked as a design engineer with Esso Petroleum Canada, and more recently as president of a start-up medical device company, which he guided to profitability and divestiture.
