Hartman is Senior Director at Rockpoint Group LLC.

Prior to co-founding Rockpoint in 2003, Mr. Hartman held several positions in the real estate industry including spending extensive years at Morgan Stanley Realty, ultimately serving as Vice President in charge of its western U.S.
real estate activities.
Mr. Hartman received an A.B. from Dartmouth College in 1980 and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1984.
