From 1984 to 1990, he served as the Head-European Patent Department at Procter & Gamble Belgium BV.
Dr. Rasser holds a doctorate degree from Delft University of Technology, which he obtained in 1977.
He also has a graduate degree from Northern Kentucky University and another graduate degree from Delft University of Technology, which he received in 1973.
Additionally, he holds a graduate degree from Salmon P Chase College of Law.
